Grow “Baby Boo” Pumpkins from fresh Cucurbita pepo seeds. Baby Boo is a miniature white pumpkin that grows to 3 inches in diameter and 2 inches tall. They are a flattened ribbed variety with thin yet strong stems. They are most popularly used for decorating in the fall and winter and the kids often love them because of their miniature size. Each plant will bare 10+ baby pumpkins on vines that easily reach up to 10 feet in length. Vines will reach a mature height of only 2 feet tall, but require plenty of space to spread.

Pumpkins have a number of health benefits and are fairly easy to grow from fresh Pumpkin seeds. Because of its high content of beta-carotene (which is converted to vitamin A) pumpkins are great for improving eye sight. Other benefits of this delicious fruit include: Healthy & younger looking skin, improved immunity and strengthened immune system and weight loss. Some studies show that Pumpkins can even lower your risk of cancer as well.
