Isabellina Zinnias are admired for their soft, pale yellow petals, which add a subtle, elegant touch to gardens. These flowers belong to the Zinnia genus, known for bright, showy blooms, but the Isabellina variety stands out with its delicate color.

Originating from Mexico, like other Zinnias, Isabellina Zinnias have been cultivated for centuries. Their pastel hue makes them popular in floral arrangements, providing a gentle contrast to more vibrant flowers. They're also favored in garden borders for their ability to cool down color schemes.

GROWERS TIP

Zinnias are native to South America, which means they will thrive in the heat and sunlight. Plant them on the edge of your garden to allow them to spread out when pinched back. The term “pinching back” simply means to snip the zinnia at a lower leaf node prior to it flowering. This will allow the plant to spend more energy in creating multiple branches, thus rewarding you with more blooms later on. As a side note, zinnias become more drought tolerant as they grow stronger.
